They say that the way a team plays as a whole determines its success, which is why the Yusay Credit and Finance Corporation (YCFC) orchestrated another enjoyable experience for its employees on March 31-April 2, 2017 at the La Salle Granada Eco Park, Bacolod City.
The first day of the team building was lead by Ms. Rebecca Rodelas, The General Manager of the YCFC and conducted a series of talks such as “Learning to Accept Myself”, “Understanding our Deepest Needs” and “Reaction and Resentment”. The topics aimed to improve the mindset of the YCFC employees spiritually and mentally and be able to overcome struggles in life. It was then followed by the sharing of personal experiences of the employees on what significant changes happened to them from the past year. This enabled the YCFC employees to get to know one another and understand each other deeper.
