Another successful gathering of the Branch Managers of Yusay Credit and Finance Corporation (YCFC) coming all around from Visayas and Mindanao was held at Sugarland Hotel, Bacolod City on January 25 – 28, 2017.
Ms. Rebecca A. Rodelas, the General Manager of YCFC officially started the conference by presenting the performance of the 14 branches of YCFC for the year 2016. She gave emphasis that this year’s Manager’s Conference will focus mainly on “Strategic Planning”, centered on business plans and marketing schemes. In addition, she reviewed the guidelines and procedures on Loan Processing, Collection and Accounting Procedures, pointing out that managers of YCFC must be more aggressive and efficient in their performance. She also gave some words of encouragement and motivated the managers to level up their good work.
Likewise, Mr. John Felix Yusay, the Chief Operations Officer of YCFC welcomed the managers and agreed with Ms. Rodelas that managers should be more aggressive especially when it comes to their marketing strategies. Moreover, Mr. Yusay unveiled the plan of opening up an additional branch of YCFC.
